Thursday Afternoon Speakers:

Joseph Younker and Mathew Barnd, Attorneys, Bradley & Riley PC

Joseph W. Younker ~ Joe is a shareholder with Bradley & Riley PC, working primarily in the firm’s Iowa City office. As part of his practice, Joe represents landowners in various land use matters, including matters pending before local zoning commissions and boards, boundary disputes, and partition actions. Joe also assists clients with real estate matters as part of his environmental law practice.
Matthew G. Barnd ~ Matt is an associate at Bradley & Riley, PC. Matt joined the firm in 2017 after graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law. He practices in the areas of real estate and commercial law in Bradley & Riley’s Cedar Rapids office.

Friday Speaker:

Don Wilson, RLS, LLS, RPF, Land & Boundary Consultants, Inc. ~ Don established his surveying business in 1974 in southeastern New Hampshire, and has been in practice as a land boundary consultant about 40 years. Although he specializes in consulting, Don is both a licensed land surveyor and registered professional forester and has presented seminars on a variety of topics including description interpretation, boundary evidence, surveying law and various aspects of forensic science. Don is a member of and has been active in many surveying, mapping, and forestry organizations. He is past president of both the Maine Society of Land Surveyors and the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association. In addition to over 200 technical publications in several disciplines, Don has been involved with the writing of more than 50 books.
